ENPAP is a network of six art organisations involved with public art from five countries in Europe. ENPAP started in May 2010 with a two-year pilot research phase, involving a comparative study between partners, looking at the contexts in which the different organisations operate – their aims and methods of production – and the specific conditions that affect their practice.
Consonni are hosting ENPAP in Bilbao from 8 to 11 November 2011. This will examine Consonni’s work and mode of production, and also the artistic practices and different cultural policies of other artists, curators and institutions in the Basque context.
