Quay2c is a multi-disciplinary design practice of Architects, Designers and Artists set up in January 2000. The 4 x m2 Gallery pavilion is as an extension of the m2 Gallery exhibition programme run as part of the practice. Exhibitions at the Pavilion run from mid-July through to September, sited on the Rootstein Hopkins Parade Ground at Chelsea College of Art and Design, opposite Tate Britain, Millbank. The first exhibition was Double Negative by Ken Wilder and the exhibition, Quadruple Energy, opens on Friday 5th August, coinciding with Tate Britain’s Late at Tate event. The 4 x 1m2 Gallery will also feature in this year’s London Open House on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th September.
The m² Gallery usually exhibits work made specifically for this unique space. It is part of Quay House, home of Quay 2c, and run by a non-profit organisation made up of supporters and administered and curated by a gallery committee.
